Pricing questions
What happens when a yearly licence ends?
KopiaLens keeps working as the free version. Nothing is locked or lost, and your index and settings stay. Pro comes back when you renew.
What does lifetime cover?
Pro for as long as you use KopiaLens, with every update up to version 2.x.
Do I need Business?
Personal licences cover one person's own use, including a one-person business. If a company with staff uses Pro on work data, it needs Business. The free version is free for everyone, companies included.
Does the licence need the internet?
Activation contacts our licence service; after that Pro works offline. Computers without internet can import a licence file instead.
How do launch prices work?
KopiaLens launches at $20 a year and $50 lifetime, down from $30 and $80, for a limited time after release. Buy yearly at the launch price and you keep it for as long as you renew.
Can I get a refund?
Email support@kopialens.com first: most problems can be fixed. If we can't fix one that stops Pro working for you, you get a refund. Details are in the refund policy at kopialens.com/refunds.
