How moving works
KopiaLens opens Kopia repositories, so backups made by another app stay with that app. You start a new Kopia repository in KopiaLens and keep your old app for the old backups until you no longer need them.
The first backup is a full one, so pick a moment when that's fine. After that, backups only send what changed.
